Default 8830 Verizon support - 09-18-2007, 03:12 PM

Has anyone ran into a problem with the new 8830's not receiving any Outlook Address book entries after BES activation? Device came back with 100% complete activation. The Calendar and Inbox came in ok. Even new Address book entries in Outlook will not sync to the 8830.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Is wireless sync enabled for the Address Book? Check in Address Book >Options and make sure. If it is, then this may be a question for your BES admin.

Yeah the wireless Sync is set to yes for the address book. Out of the several 8830's that have been deployed I only have a couple that came back with this issue.
