Default BB Messenger Work Around - 10-01-2007, 01:26 AM

Can someone please point me in the direction of the bb messenger work around for cingular/att. i just came back to the blackberry from 6 months of 8525 use that made me crazy. my previous bb was a 8700 and from what i can remember bb messenger worked on it.. i have done several searches and only see a yim work around.. any help in a link so i can figure it out on my own would be appreciated. thanks

Your 8800 should have BBMessenger already installed. Is it not there?

You are absolutely right. i had installed the new vodaphone os and tried to download it from blackberry.com/messenger and it gave me the "your carrier does not support this" error.. i didnt even think to look to see if it was on there already.. sorry for the noob question. i should know better from all the mod's to my bb and to the 8525..
