Well about 3 days ago I couldnt get my GPS to work at all on either google maps, blackberry maps, or sprint navigator... Called sprint tonight and they had me to a hard reset and wipe the entire device. Still same problem.. Other than that everything else works fine. I am going to the store tomorrow to get it swapped out.

Then your BB 8830 will be working normally
