Question Charging from USB port - 10-11-2007, 03:21 AM

Hi,

I have a number of 8800g users (T-Mobile UK) who would like to charge their devices off the USB ports on their PC's. If they try to do this they get a message saying that the USB charging current is insufficient. I know that installing the desktop software can resolve this issue but we use a corporate BES server & I don't want users to have the software on their desktops. Does anyone know how I can get around this??

Thanks in advance.

Andrew
