I have searched and cannot find a thread that can assist me with my new 8820. I am on my company's BES and have worked with our admin to ensure that I my email traffic will show on my BB, however i get nothing. I've read all the threads about options-settings-folder redirector, but my device does not have the option to click on my subfolders. I do however see all my subfolders but i don't see the emails coming through my device.

i'm sure there's simple fix - can you help?
