I have recently purchased a blackberry 8900 and just installed the facebook app and msn application and it seems to have messed my entire date/time settings! I have two email accounts synched to the device one email account is showing the correct date and I can view the emails etc. But my hotmail email account is saying on the device 3rd Feb so I can’t view any of the emails I’m receiving on it! It also has changed my sms time so I am also unable to see texts now. I am with O2 and they were no help!! I have rebooted the device uninstalled all the applications! Tried changing the time back and forth and now have run out of ideas!! Has anyone else here had a similar problem or know a fix?

I haven't seen this problem before but I would try logging in to www.o2email.co.uk and resendning the service books.



If that doesn't work try deleting then re-adding the Hotmail account.

Try changing your date/time source: to network.
