My e-mail wont set up. When I try to set it up using the wizard it says that there was an error fetching the requested page and on top of that my MMS is not working other than that I love my phone. If someone can help me out it would be greatly appriciated.

Could be a provisioning issue. Go to:

Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table

Hit the menu button then select "Register Now". Try this, might help to get all provisioning and service books resent to device.

I just tried it no luck.

I would call TMO and ask them to resend service books.

Do you have a BB data plan? Need that for email.

are you using the set up email icon on the blackBerry? if so, change the apn in settings -> options -> TCP/IP from epc.tmobile.com over to wap.voicestream.com. it cleared up my issue. may work for you as well.

Thanks for this post. I wasn't able to send/receive MMS messages in about a week of owning the phone and came across this post after a search and wanted to say thanks for the info because I'm not sending and receiving MMS like a champion again!

Stupid question time, here is goes......What is MMS ?
I don't remember seeing it until I upgraded to 4.5 for my 8830
it is now under Text (SMS and MMS )

Multimedia messages(picture messages and thing of that nature)
