Default Disable GPS?

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry if this has been answered before, but how does one disable the GPS radio? I know that if you go into Advanced Options, GPS, there is a "GPS Services" field which can be set to "Location on" or "Location off"....is that basically the enable/disable setting?
