Wirelessly posted (9000)

Go to options, advanced options, applications and see if its listed there. If it is, go back to and check your folders. It might now be under downloads. If you still can't find it click the menu button and select show all.

Thanks for the advice. The apps are listed under Advanced Options, but they do not appear in the Downloads folder, neither do they appear in the Apps folder.

Does anyone have any other ideas, please?

Did you reboot during the upgrade before it asked you to do so? It takes forever and a day to upgrade Docs to Go OTA.

I would delete them out of applications, then put the old versions back via DM. After that, attempt the upgrade again.

Thanks for the tips. I re-connected to the Desktop software and re-loaded an older copy of the apps - that seems to have worked, and the whole thing works considerably faster now, for some reason.
