This is not on par w/ what tmo reps have quoted me over the phone...so its either a fake or best buy is giving a discount (its from the best buy system).

It sounds like what T-Mobile is doing at the kiosks in Sam's Clubs. New contracts get better pricing than upgrades, even if you're out of contract.
