Default GPS question

I easily got it to locate me, that took seconds using Advanced Options, refresh location (5 satellites). My question is how do I get it to locate me on a map app? I don't see BB Maps in apps, and TeleNav is under downloads. What do I do next? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a BB data plan? You need that to use the map software? I would recommend downloading GoogleMaps.

Check the sticky in the GPS section. It has a review of most of the major map applications.

I have the data plan. I just don't see any map apps included as an icon like BBmaps was on the 8100. I don't plan to use it much but I'd like to know how.

Might be hidden. Did you try unhiding all the apps. Might also be hidden by your theme.

You can also connect to DM and open App Loader and see if it there to install.
