Default Please Help - email problems

Please Login to Remove!

I've had my Curve 8900 for a few days now and love it. However I have started having problems with my email and now it takes ages to arrive or sometimes it doesn't even get here. I have a gmail account and blueyonder and the gmail is fine but the blueyonder is slow and unpredictable. I heard deleting service books in a specific order could help, but how do i do that. The only option I see is to resend them, which I have done to no avail. Please help.

Did you resend the service books from www dot t-mobile dot com? Login to your account, goto "Communication Tools" > "Setup Blackberry Internet Email" > "Service Books" then click "Send Service Books".

Here is something from the FAQ. Let me know if this helps. Some email comes to my BB and some does not - BlackBerryFAQ

Please define slow.

Is email arriving on your PC email client, but not the BB?

On thing to try is to delete the account that is not working in your BIS account and then re-add it. Also a battery pull sometimes will help.

I'll go through that link now. In answer to your question yes my pc client is receiving the emails but the phone is not or if it does a long time after. I was always under the impression that BIS was instant

Seems to be a BB problem (in some areas?) today - noticed the same thing.
