Do you have the BlackBerry Data Plan on your carrier account?

PC - (assuming you have data plan)
Go to t-mobile.com and sign in. Scroll down to: Set up BlackBerry Internet e-mail. Click on Set Up Account and follow the directions. Save and you are ready to go.
Blackberry - (assuming you have data plan)
Click on the icon (hiding in your Set Up folder probably) Manage Internet Email and it'll take you to the T-mobile site. Similarly to the PC set up, follow the directions.
