Default Blackberry 8900 and Chrysler uConnect

Anyone with a Chrysler uConnect system have their 8900 working? I can get it paired, but if I dial from the phone, the uConnect system never turns on even though the phone shows it's using a bluetooth device.

If i call from the uConnect system, everything works fine.

I've called, uConnect, the dealership, and Chrysler HQ to get an update. uConnect says it's the phone, the dealership says no updates available, and Chrysler HQ says call the dealership or uConnect. No one seems to even know if an update was ever released for uConnect.

Now the last phone, a Blackberry 8320, worked fine in this car.

I've never been able to make a call directly from the device with my Honda Handsfreelink system. It always has to be initiated from the car. YMMV
