Hi all,

My voice call command button on the left hand side has suddenly stopped working after a desktop manager update!!!!

Anyone know how I turn this back on? Or at least correct the fault??

are you sure you have posted in the right group in the forum? Your profile shows you own a 9500 while this is a 8900 forum. Post your question to the right forums for a prompt reply.

I own numerous phones inc a 8900. Therefor this is the correct forum for my question. Does everybody study the questionaires profile as diligently as you before they offer their help? I hope not. You could have answered my question without being quite so curt in my humble opinion.

However i'll change my profile with regards a question about an 8900. However should I require a question about a 9500 what d'you suggest i do?

Check that it's still set correctly in the options.


Options > Screen/Keyboard

Scroll down until you get to Left Side Convenience Key Opens and make sure it says 'Voice Dialing'

Dude.. I can bet senior members of this forum are much more meticulous than I am. Although I am not able to locate the thread right now but there was an initiative by one of the forum mods requesting everyone to have correct model numbers on their profile for prompt and accurate response from forum members.
