How do you remove this? When I restart my blackberry it says verifying software then asks me to input my unlock pin code! I set this my self along time ago and I want to remove it so the blackberry boots up and goes to the start screen!!

Does it ask you for a PIN code or a Password? If it's a PIN code, your SIM card has a lock on it. Try going to Options > Advanced Options > SIM Card. Then press the Menu button and see if you have "Disable Security" as an option.
