Default So, I have a curve 8900 with Docs to Go....

Please Login to Remove!

...so why cant I open a PDF as an email attachment?

When I try to it just says "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device "

Help!

Doc To Go that comes with BB is Standard Edition and you will need Premium Edition to read PDF files.

You should still be able to view pdf documents (relatively small ones) on your BB using the BlackBerry Attachment Service.

Its a clunky workaround, but on my Pearl 8100 I'd download the PDF and then email it to myself and open it in Gmail Mobile.

I will say that it's a little bit pricey but the PDF To Go included with Docs To Go Premium is quite nice. Works very well.
