Default problem with HTML emails on BB 8900

Please Login to Remove!

Just got my bb with T-Mobile. at some point HTML email stops coming through. I have deleted service books, pulled the battery, resent the service books and it started working again. Later on HTML emails again are not coming through and are all plain text. Anyone faced similar issue and has a solution?
I am on 4.6.152.

Wirelessly posted (8900)

Under message options->email settings, is enable html email set to yes?

Also, are you clicking "get images" on each email you want to see in html?

yes. HTML email is enabled. It comes through fine for some time but then it stops and all emails come in in plain text and there is no option of "get images" in the menu. The emails look like they did on OS 4.2 and below. When I resend service books, the problem is fixed but only for a short while.
