I have IP cameras keeping an eye on my house etc when it is left empty, whenever they sense movement they send an email with a short video attached. I can view this using Outlook but on my BB when I try to open the attachment it fails to open.

The cameras software has options to send this video clip in either Mpeg4, ASF or 3gp but they all fail to open and also fail to download. The file sizes are about 220k. The OS on my BB is V4.6.1.133.

Any ideas what could be the problem and how to rectify it.
