Default My emails disappear!

Please Login to Remove!

My emails have been disappearing lately. I cannot pinpoint why!

I have been changing my themes recently, but in most cases, the data ( call logs, emails, messages etc ) have remained untouched.

But a few times now, emails from a particular account have been disappearing all together!

I am concerned.

Hmmmm, that does sound strange. Are you sure the call logs haven't been touched? Usually disappearing emails are a sign of low memory, it happens when the BB begins to run low on memory and it tries to claw back some space by clearing out things, like call logs and occasionally emails.

Interesting.. I have been downloading alot of applications recently ( including themes )... and I have about 75MB left in device memory.

Could that be the reason? I will try deleting some themes.

Also, check to make sure that all of your unused 3rd party apps are closed out. Running apps can be a significant drain on your BlackBerry's resources.

My ISP (verizon) purges emails after a certain date. If I only view my verizon emails on the BB and not my account on the PC (outlook and verizon web email) they automatically disappear off my BB and PC. I have fought with verizon about this on numerous occasions but it their policy.

I been using my verizon account less and less and sticking with gmail...
