I try to access the basic help icon/directly thru the browser and it tells me that the link is for use on blackberry devices when in reality I am using my 8900. Help? Thanks sooo much in advance!

What mode is your browser running in. You need it to be in the blackberry browser configuration to access that page.

I also noticed this issue on my 8900 and a friends Bold in the last two days. Clear your cache then do a battery pull and that should fix your problem.
