Default No BIS option in e-mail setup wizard

Hi everyone
My wife and I have just got ourselves our first BB's this week on T-mobile in the UK.
I got my 8900, first a couple of days before hers and associated it with my main e-mail address through BIS.

When hers came we found it had no BIS option in the setup wizard but BES only.

Does anyone know if or how we can associate hers through BIS without this option, or if we can do it another way.
