you can install any Arabic firmware.
You can go to blackberry software/donloads,
and select any arabic country, like UAE or Kuwait,
then download the firmware from there, and install it on your curve

Not 100% positive but I believe 4.6.1.174 was the last multilanguage OS release that I remember seeing. Just do a search for it and it should have arabic.
