Default flash and java problems

Hi, I have just got a 8900 and when I try to open some web pages it tells me that I need flash and on some other webpages it says I need to install java.
As I am a novice to blackberrys I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how to do this.

Flash is not supported. Full Java support is not supported, lol.
