Default Unable to recive Calls

Please Login to Remove!


I've had my 8900 curve for 24 hours and i'm not reciving calls. Just sounds engaged when you call and i get a sms notification of a missed call but no ringing.

Have you checked Profiles to assure that you have a ringer set?
1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.

Profiles > Advanced > Select the active profile > Press the menu key > Edit > Phone > Do Not Disturb > Ensure it is set to NO.

Is it not ringing or you are not getting any incoming calls??
