Default Best firmware for GPS ?

Please Login to Remove!

As a 8900 newbie, GPS is very important to me, but I want to upgrade to a recent OS. Looking in the latest OS thread (4.6.1.267/4.6.1.168) , it seems that this build has some issues with GPS lockon.

can anyone recommend the best latest build for GPS ?

thx

For me GPS functioned pretty slick in .168 too.. however, I would say that the rate of failure during the process of satellite lock down was less in .174 and the whole process was pretty quick. This is just my device.. it could be different for other devices.

To check if you really have BBmaps, Go to Advance Option and application and see if it is there. If it shows BBMap, then it should be somewhere in your homescreen or in the folder, depending on the theme you got.
