Speaker buzzing?

My speaker has started buzzing on nearly any kind of noise. SMS notifcation, ringtone, just playing music through the speakers, etc. My wife's isn't doing it with the same files. I'm wondering if my speaker has blown out. Would this be covered under insurance and/or the warranty? It's very annoying. Anyone else having this problem?

Do you mean that your BlackBerry speaker is buzzing or the any other speaker in the room but around the BlackBerry is buzzing? If it is later then it is normal. However, if it is not the later then you may have some kind of issues with the Berry. B'coz I have never a cell phone speaker buzz on some near by SMS notification.

My speaker is making a buzzing noise anytime a sound comes out of it. Have you ever had a blown out speaker on a stereo or your car? That's what it sounds like. It still plays all audio, but it buzzes, and is very annoying.

I called T-Mobile and walked thru some steps, the guy decided my speaker was blown out. They're sending me a replacement free of charge and a box to ship mine back to them and gave me a code to get a loaner from the local store until it gets here. T-Mobile is awesome!
