Default Manage Internet Email - Error

hey guys,

the following error shows up when I open "Manage Internet Email". I am on T-Mobile, and I have the unlimited data plan.

You do not have access rights to this site
details: 01091009I - You are not allow to access this site

any clue?

Go to the tmobile site through your pc and resend service books. I saw this to and that cleared it up.

Do a battery pull and then reopen the "Manage Internet Email" icon from your device. If it still does not work, give a call to T-Mobile customer service and explain them the issue.

Going to T-Mobile website and setting up BlackBerry email is always an option but it is highly possible that something is missing in your data plan setup and it may not even work from the website.
