Default Unlocked Att Apps Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I went to the website it says online from my blackberry, and i get a message saying

Sorry, your device does not meet system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App world

I am using a blackberry 8900 so shouldnt it let me download the app application? Is it because i'm on a unlocked phone using ATT?

The app store wouldn't come up for me either when I was playing around with an unlocked 8900 w/ no sim over WiFi either.

I believe you do need a BlackBerry data plan.
