What to do with an unlocked 8900

Hey guys i apologize if this is a repost but i didnt find anything like it. I just got my first unlocked blackberry and am switching from the iPhone (thank god) to the 8900. Besides calling att and switching to the BB plan, what exactly do i need to do to get everything up and running smoothly?
