Default contacts not displaying

sup everyone. having a problem with a 8900 curve. basically everytime some calls ther name isnt displaying even though its in the contacts. anyone know why? thanks

Check the format of the phone number for the folsk that have called you (in your call log). You may need to format the phone numbers in your Contacts list to match this.

Settings -> Options -> Security Options -> General Settings -> Content Protection: Include Contacts: Set to No.
