I need some help please.

Whenever I get e-mails, I get them about 30minutes-2 hours later on my blackberry. Same with facebook. Is there something I did wrong to delay it?

Is there a way I can get 'real-time' messages where I will get it immediately once someone e-mails me on my device?

I think that's the carriers problem, u should call u service provider

I believe only Yahoo and Gmail have near real time push email on BIS. Others are polled I believe once every 15 minutes.

BES is the only one that is actually real time and even that ocasionally experiences delays but rarely.
