Default Silly qestion .

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 8900 i brought two OEM cases for it the phone is not going to power save mode or going in to in holster options. Any ideas why . Im guessing maybe i need a special holster for the 8900 ?

You bought two OEM cases... pouch cases or holsters, from where?

They should have the embedded magnet to cause it to enter the sleeper mode.

On the main icon screen, go to OPTIONS > PASSWORD

What is "Lock handheld upon holstering" set to?

Thanks, now I too have my phone set up the way I need it. I knew it put it to sleep in the sleeve, now it locks it too.

Is set to lock when in holster.

Dose it take time to go in to sleep mode ? its not even going to silent. I have it set to be in silent in holster. Its a OEM holster from black berry.

When it enters the holster it goes into sleep mode.
