Anyone else experiencing similar issue with the latest software 4.6.1.206(317)?

I did a clean wipe and install twice to be sure, the only application I have installed if Viggo.

When I type emails, I see the hourglass after every 10-15 seconds or so.

Pulling the media card out worked...I have a lot of files on it do u know what exactly I should delete in order to fix the issue or shlould I go through process of elimination?
