Angry 8900 loading icon when typing - defect?

Please Login to Remove!

I just bought the 8900, my first blackberry ever, about 2 weeks ago and I have gone through three due to defects - randomly shutting off, unable to connect to wi-fi, terrible battery life, the list goes on. Anyway, this is my forth one, and so far it seems to be working well, however, I notice that while I type (text, instant message, etc) the loading icon/icon of moving clock pops up for a few seconds ever now and then but it is happening for frequently as time passes, it does not effect anything/freeze my phone, but it has gotten VERY annoying. On the first 8900 that I had, the loading icon would pop up very frequently (literally every 3 letters i typed and would freeze for 5 seconds). I am worried my current problem could lead to something like this? The 2nd and 3rd blackberry that I had did not do this. I talked to blackberry and had me reset the phone, but still couldnt tell me if this is a defect or just the blackberry needing to take its sweet time to load. Anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions on why this may be happening/how to fix it/if its a defect?? I would really appreciate any help!

Thanks!
