Hi,

Trying to use Media Sync with iTunes but my play lists are greyed out in the Sync list and I cannot check the box against the play list I want to send to my 8900.

Anyone know why this is?

I'm not sure how the media sync works, but I do know that in the case of iphones and ipods, there is a check box that says "manually manage songs on this device" or something to that affect, and it must be ticked. Hope this tip can be of some use to you.
