few problems with my 8900 curve

hi everyone

hopefully this is in the right forum...

i'm having some problems with my 8900 curve. i'm on t-mobile payg and i've set up my wi-fi fine on my blackberry
the problem i'm having is when i try and set up an email address it says...

"i want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server"

so i choose yes and then get

"has your blackberry enterprise service administrator provided you with an activation password?"

which i don't have so when i select no it basically tells me to go away!

also, how do i make third party applications like the facebook app for instance, connect via the wireless connection as opposed to through my sim card? it won't let me connect at all via my sim and i can't work out how to change it.
