Default Call log problems, help please

Please Login to Remove!

Just a few days ago, I realized that my call logs no longer showed me my outgoing calls or incoming calls and only my missed calls.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Thank you

Go to Call Logs > Options > Call Logging, what is listed there?

Also, Go into Messages and press Alt+P, you should see a full list of your call logs.

Default exact same issue

I have the exact same issue with my blackberry 8900. The call log only shows missed calls and "aborted" calls. Under "Options > Call Logging" there are only 3 options that say "Show these Call Log Types In Message List" and under there's "Missed calls, All calls, and None" Whenever I select "All calls" my blackberry spends a long time organizing my calls, then when it's through I only get to see my call histories under my messages and not under my call log.

this issue has been going on for a while, and I can't seem to figure it out. I have over 1 gigabyte in excess memory and I don't understand why this started happening.

Please help!

Thank you

You're setting it to show all of your calls in you messages folder when you select "all". What you want to do is set that to none, then everything will show in your call log and nothing will show in your messages folder.

Furthermore, your external media card has nothing to do with your call log. It is for storing media only. It will not store messages, call logs, etc.

I have the same problem, all my messages got deleted and i cannot see my call log anymore. it says that i have a new missed call, but i can't see who miss called me or the time. i changed the call logs to none, but still my missed calls and my incoming calls get deleted after some seconds.

donmilo - your device is out of memory.
Check Options / Status for your free space - it will be very low.

Follow this thread -> http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...ee-memory.html for information on how to optimize BB memory.
