Ok so last night I put on the new OS from the post above and it wound up glitching with my phone..

Anyways I downgraded back to the OS that I had previously and was told how to try and re install the new OS, but when I put back on the old OS

I lost ALL my blackberry messenger contacts and all my calender events.

Before I try to reinstall the new OS i want to make sure I dont have to re add my BBM contacts since I had over 50 and I am in the process of re adding them..

Can anyone help me to make sure this dosent happen when I try again to install the new OS?

When upgrading OS's it creates a backup file. You should be able to restore the data from the backup file.
