Do you have a media card? Open Media > menu > explore and you should see Media Card if you have one, and Device Memory. It will be in one of those.

Once you get to device memory, open it, then home, then user and your there.

By device manager, do you mean Desktop Manager? There is no "device manager".
What kind of file did you export you contacts to before you transferred with BT?
Did you follow the suggestions here?
Do you have a media card?

If you answer these questions, it will be easier to help you.

There is a blackberry/documents folder in device memory. You get to it the way I described above. Again... click the Media Icon, use the menu key and select Explore. You will see Device Memory and Media Card, if you have one.

Please try that and tell us what you see.

Did you consider that maybe the transfer was not successful?

On the main screen click on Media icon, it has a music symbol and CD. Then when that icon opens click your blackberry menu button. The one with all the dots. Click on Explore. Click on Device Memory. Click on Home. Then User. Your documents folder is at the top of the list. If before you open the Documents folder and click the menu key again, there is a choice to put documents there via bluetooth. Not sure, but this may be a default saving folder for certain items.

Hope this is what you wanted,

Ken
