Default Tack ball failure???

Please Login to Remove!

My track ball stopped scrolling down today. The phone is 2 weeks old. I tried blowing it out, but it has no click feel in that direction. Works great side to side and up.

HELP!!!

Welcome to the forums.

Power the phone down and then press on the trackball and roll it down. It will clear whatever debris is blocking it from rolling down.

the scrolling idea didn't work. A 100psi shot of air trough a basket ball needle did.
