ohk i do not use the "messages folder" i hate it lol, so i use seperate sms and email folders and the call log doesn't go in to the messages folder, it works great and im happy, but when i get an email, it alerts me which is right, but when i go and check it right away, it comes up in the messages folder, and not the appropriate email address not a huge deal but its only done that on the 8900 not any other blackberry lol, any solutions much appretiated

I prefer the Messages folder. You could try resending your service books.
