Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I've recently wiped a Curve 8900because of an error inthe os.
Now actually when I've bought it, word, sheet, pdf to go was already in, then after wipe I'm unable to find them again. On internet cost just 70 dollars.
Serched everywhere in this forum and others but noboby talks about it.
Any ideas how to find out a solution?

Thank you guys

Wirelessly posted

When you installed the OS you needed to check the box to have it installed. Just open the desktop manager or whatever way you use to install the OS and click on the box when it takes you to the list of programs to install

Like Lovescake mentioned, you need to reinstall the app on your device.

Connect your device to your PC
Launch Desktop Manager
Click App Loader
Locate Documents To Go
Place a check in the box next to it
Click next

It should then install on your device.

Also, could you please update your profile to show your current device/OS/carrier?
