After you download the new OS to your PC, did you install it (run the executable) on the PC?

Hi,

thanks for the reply.....urm once it completed downloading i had the options of run or cancel, i clicked cancel because i thought you had to delete the vendor file first so i went to where is was saved deleted the vendor file then clicked on loader....

should i download it again and do something different?

Download it to your PC (save it), then run it.
Vendor.xml can be deleted at any time. It is created by Desktop Manager and not the handheld OS.

No. You must delete Vendor.xml before attempting to load the OS to the phone.
