Hello.

I'm sure this has come up before, but I'm new to this so please bear with me. Just got my 8900 a few days ago and have very inconsistent email delivery time. Sometimes quick, sometimes many hours. Is this typical or is there something I should be looking into?

BTW, my wife has one as well (got it a few days ago as well) and has the same issue. Doesn't seem to matter which email account is being used.

If you use BIS, then email should arrive every 15 minutes or less.

Do you constantly have a data connection with T-Mo. Do you show "EDGE" or "edge"? Their coverage isn't as good as other carriers, so that could be one issue.

Did you check the network outage section for possible reported outages in your area?

i know with tmo BIS when it comes to about 2 in the morning it seems almost like the service goes down altogether for me
