I'm not sure where this app came from. Maybe when I downloaded Handango. But I don't see it in the application list to delete it.

It is most likely a service book pushed by your carrier. If you click on it, it should be a link to download the actual app.

You could go into Options > Advanced Options > Service Book and delete it. However, it will be pushed again. It's best just to hide it.
