Ineed to look what is inside my micro sd card from the handest itself. Is there some thing like file manager?

go to media, press the blackberry menu button and select explore.
i think that should help you

Aother Question:
How can i switch to another language from the keypad while writing a message. i do not want to exit from the message screen.

That depends on what you have setup as your key combination. The default is alt+enter. You can change this however by going to Options|Language and changing the Input Language Selection Shortcut.
