Was it working previously? If so what did you do just prior to it not working?

What version of DM are you using?

Are you connecting tot he PC via a HUB? BBs do not seem to like a HUB, so connect directly into the PC, on one of the back USB ports if possible.

Have you tried the battery pull trick?

Connect to a USB on the rear of the PC. The front can also be a quasi HUB, depending on how it is done.

Battery pull trick - with the device on, pull the battery out, leave it out for about 30 seconds. Reinsert. Let the device reboot. This cures many ills. Basically flushes the memory and kills everything running in the background.

Might also try uninstalling DM and reinstalling ver 4.6 and see if that works. Unless you are runnign Windows 2000 or trying to sync to pre Office 2003 , in which case you need DM 4.2 SP2/SP3.
