I just changed from bold to javelin...i donno what happened almost 80% my contact in bbm doesn't work...always mention the user are busy even i can see the D sign is there not R...any body can help what should i do ? normally when you transfer all data from old bb they will update automatically the bbm contact to the new one ? ... thanks for your big help..since i desperate since i got my javelin can't connect with my friends...

Some contacts will not transfer based on the settings on their device. I would recommend removing and adding the BBM contact again. If this doesn't solve your problem and you continue to have issues, you may be in a weak coverage area, or their is a bigger problem with the device, or the OS needs to be updated.

yeah, i think you have to re add them. they never automatically updated the contacts with a new pin for me

I just got an unlocked 8900 TMOB US version and used under ATT. I have done everything to try to load BBM on there. There is no download available, I re-installed software, and went to register now under host routing table. HELP PLZ!! thx

if you are back on TMO or on At&t, depending on if you phone was used before....you may need to call technical support to escalate to RIM and have you PIN released.

Working for TMO I have seen this before. Sometimes the PIN gets stuck.

This phone was unlocked through a store. I am using it on ATT but the phone is T-Mobile. My voice calls are fine and the ATT apps are on there. BUT no bbm!!! ><;

I am still unable to download of get this application on my unlocked Tmobile 8900. I am using this phone on ATT. What do I need to do to get the app on my phone??? Help plz!!!
