does anyone know how to activate my right convenience key. it does not work. i would like start QL with it, but it doesn't work neither with QL nor camera nor anything else. left key does work and the right key works some time ago, but now it does not.

Personally, if it's under warranty, I wouldn't do anything more than a battery pull as far as troubleshooting. If you haven't gotten it wet or beat the heck out of it, I'd exchange it.

you have to push the right conv key a lot harder than the left. If you push lightly it activates the screen light, you have to push harder to bring up the program. I put QuickLaunch on the left for that reason. The new version 2.0 came out on Monday btw. If you bought it after April 1 you get it free, otherwise it's $2. Go to MobiHand for the deal and sign into your account.

I have QL 2.0. it's great too. I'm a lefty and the right conv key is easier for me, but it's harder to push as I can see now. I have to try it out. - nb
